Clay Lapeyrouse founded Rank and Revel after many years working in both the hospitality and customer service industry. What he liked most in both fields was the ability to create an experience for someone would leave the person in a happier place than when they started. These experiences can also foster a bond of friendship and celebration that are not easy to come by. So Clay took this passion and has built Rank and Revel. His goals are to have the highest standards available (RANK) and for everyone involved to thoroughly enjoy their participation (REVEL).
